Keep your login information private and do not allow another person to use your TaskLocal account without permission.

Suspicious behaviour

If another user asks you to bypass TaskLocal, send payment unexpectedly, share protected contact details or do something that appears suspicious, do not ignore it.

Report a problem

TaskLocal provides a Report a problem form for issues involving users, jobs, messages, payments, suspicious activity and other concerns.

When submitting a report, provide as much useful information as possible. Where available, you can also provide supporting evidence through the reporting form.
